2012 WORKSHOPS WITH BARBARA J. PAFUME

The Waitsfield Inn and award-winning, resident artist, Barbara J. Pafume are teaming up to offer
you a unique and artistic experience, whether you are a beginning or experienced artist!

PAINTING YOUR WAY            
4 day workshop – Augusut 28, 29, 30, and 31, 2012                  $200                     

Each class will feature a creativity exercise to help you focus, a structured lesson and then time to work
on individual paintings of the subject of your choice.  Barbara invites you to participate in all lessons and
activities at whatever level in which you feel most comfortable.  Each class will end with a critique, which
will focus first on successes and then on problem areas in which you feel you want help.  Whether you are experienced or just beginning expect to work hard, laugh, have fun, and learn a lot!

 

ARTISTIC DISCOVERIES IN NATURE  
July 1, 2012 or August 16, 2012                $20/person or $50/family

Join Vermont artisit, Barbara Pafume, for a three hour, leisurely walk designed to inspire your creative spirit! 
Learn to see with an artist's eye.  If you choose to do so, record your observations with a sketch or a poem
or simply enjoy our delightful walk as we share new sights, sounds, textures and the wonderful open-air
fragrance of a beautiful Vermont morning.  No prior artistic experience necessary!  We will end our walk
back at the Waitsfield Inn, where we will share lunch and our thoughts and reactions from our walk.

 

AUTUMN ART IN VERMONT 
3-day workshop - September 28, 29, and 30, 2012                $200

Come celebrate Vermont’s premier season by learning to capture the color, atmosphere, light and beauty
of the Green Mountain state in watercolor, oil or acrylic!  Award-winning artist, Barbara Pafume, loves
l iving in Vermont as much as she loves teaching people to paint it!  Join her as she inspires and teaches
you to see, experience and paint enchantingly beautiful fall scenes!
