THE WAITSFIELD INN

experience our classic Vermont Country Inn. The Waitsfield Inn is centrally located on the Mad River Byway (Route 100) in Waitsfield, Vermont, just minutes from two major ski resorts - Sugarbush Resort (Lincoln Peak and Mt. Ellen) and Mad River Glen.

Our traditional Vermont bed and breakfast was built in 1825, and
today its historic charms blend perfectly with modern comforts. Slumber
in 1 of 12 guestrooms, each with a private bath. Relax in front of a crackling fire in our Great Room or curl up with a good book in our
library. Indulge your sweet tooth in our nostalgic candy store
(“Sentimental Sweets”) or enjoy your favorite beverage at our full
service bar. For those of you who need to be “fully connected”, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the inn.

While visiting the inn, excite in all the outdoor activities that Central Vermont has to offer. Enjoy a walk along the Mad River Path; hike
the trails; kayak, canoe or tube the beautiful waters of the Mad
River; and bicycle through scenic hills and valleys while enchanted
by local wildlife. If you enjoy golf, we promise the prettiest shot you
will ever make from a green on our spectacular mountainside course (Sugarbush Golf Course) designed by one of the pre-eminent golf
designers – Robert Trent Jones, Sr.

If you prefer a more relaxing day, enjoy a massage or facial; enhance
your culinary skills at a cooking class at The Store (or design your
own class); view a movie at the Big Picture Movie Theater and Café,
or stroll the historic villages of Waitsfield and Warren. The Inn is conveniently located in the center of Waitsfield next door to The
Store, across the street from the Farmers' Market, and within walking distance to restaurants, artist and antique galleries, entertainment and snowboard/ski rentals.

available for rehearsal dinners, celebrations, luncheons and teas,
