THE PUB AT THE WAITSFIELD INN

The Pub at The Waitsfield Inn has  everything you need for a night cap, relaxing before dinner drink, or afternoon break. We proudly serve Vermont beers, all the usual suspects of Jack Daniels, Grey Goose, Makers Mark, and even a Vermont Organic Vodka. We also prepare our own steeped vodka in both pineapple and raspberry/ blueberry. Each vodka is steeped in the fruit for at least 3 months and then served shaken as a martini or served over ice. Our signature drink is the Minted Mai Tai. Fresh mint is simmered with fresh lime juice and almond syrup then strained and finally mixed with pineapple juice, orange juice, and rum. Vermont liquor laws prohibit guests from bringing their own alcohol into the Inn.
