DINING AT THE WAITSFIELD INN
Dinner: Looking for something new to try in the Mad River Valley. Dinner service is now being offered at The Waitsfield Inn on Friday and Saturday evenings, 5:45 to 8:00 pm. Dine on Italian cuisine any Friday evening or Mexican cuisine any Saturday. Reservations are appreciated. Click here for a Menu sample. Call for a reservation and availability.
Rehearsal Dinners: We invite groups of up to 40 for events such as rehearsal dinners. A sample menu might include First Course: Orange Scented Crab Cakes with fresh Tomato Relish and house made Tomato Jam, Second Course: Corn & Shrimp Chowder or Mixed Green Salad with Oranges, Marinated Dried Cranberries , and Roasted Rosemary Nuts with a Citrus Vinaigrette, Main Course: Grilled Asian marinated Flank Steak or Chicken breast with an Orange-Sage Sauce accompanied by Baby Carrots in a Lemon, Dill, Dijon Sauce as well as Spinach and Vermont Cheddar Souffle, Dessert: Godiva Chocolate Liquor Tiramisu.
